In the course of a few weeks, the file had been downloaded 165 times from locations all over the world. By parsing the log files for that URL and using the IP address lookup tool at http://my-addr.com/ (whose search results include lat/long geocoded data), it was possible to build a simple KMZ chart of visitors.
